The data you give us when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or through the quote and coupon forms: name, company, contact details, project location and the information in your request.

To answer your request and prepare an offer: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
To carry out the contracted service: performance of the contract.
To apply the main panel coupon: your consent.
4. Retention
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required retention periods. Coupon data, until the coupon is applied or expires.
5. WhatsApp and email
If you message us on WhatsApp, the communication takes place through the WhatsApp service (Meta), subject to its own privacy policy. This website only contains a link and does not load any WhatsApp component. The quote form prepares a WhatsApp message that you send from your own app.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to electricidad@biton.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
